My apologies!  Please ignore the Eblast that I just sent out regarding the proposed bylaw changes.  I mistakenly thought that they were to be voted upon via the online survey. 

 

Instead, a vote will be taken on the revised bylaws at the November 18th Monthly Membership Luncheon. 

 

Please review the proposed changes shown below prior to the luncheon and be prepared to vote on them at the luncheon.

 

ARTICLE VII: OFFICERS AND DUTIES.

Section 2.  The Webmaster.

The Webmaster is also responsible for sending out E-Blast notices once approved by the President.

ARTICLE VIII:  ELECTION OF OFFICERS

Section 5.  In February (previously January), a Nominating Committee shall be convened.

Considerations for Elected Board positions shall be received until February 25th (previously January 25th).  No meeting shall convene until after February 25th (previously January 25th).

ARTICLE XI:  AMENDMENTS

Section 1.  Added verbiage

Should unforeseen event preclude an in-person General Membership vote, then all votes required by the General Membership will be done via the most current technological method.  Reference Policy and Procedures for correct protocol if this measure needs to be acted upon.
