The following change to the bylaws has been proposed. It has been voted on by the New Friends of Carolina Board and is now before the membership for approval.
Remove from Article IX, Section 1, E-Librarian.
Add to Article VII, Section 2, under the Webmaster:
Add: The Webmaster shall provide a structure to pass forward institutional memory by organizing Club Documents, securing documents online and facilitation access to the documents for the club's membership.
This change to the bylaws will be voted on at the January General Membership Meeting on January 26, 2023.
