New Friends Mobile App NOT AVAILABLE
GOOD MORNING
If you use the New Friends of Carolina mobile app on your phone it is no longer available as of this morning.
Club Express is transitioning all of its clients to a new generic mobile app soon. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU CANNOT ACCESS NEW FRIENDS ON YOUR PHONE.
You must access New Friends from your browser like you would when you are searching under google.
If you attempt to access the mobile app today you will receive the following message.
This version of the mobile app is no longer supported.
A newer version of the mobile app is under review and should be available for download soon. The new app will be free, have the same features, and have better device support. Until then, please browse your organization's website using a mobile browser.
Please go to your search bar and type in New Friends of Carolina. Once the website appears you can login as normal. You may need to enter your user name and password if you had it saved under the mobile app.
Club Express has not given us a firm date as to when the new app will be available but you will be notified as soon as we have the release date.
You can continue to use laptops or any other device that you have used in the past that does not use the mobile app.
