The President's Message

Good Day Friends,

It is my honor and privilege to announce the NFC board's approval of the Nominating Committee chair, members and alternates who are tasked with presenting a slate of elected officers for the 2025 - 2026 New Friends of Carolina membership year.

Any member interested in being nominated to a leadership position is encouraged to contact Chair, Lora Castello before February 25, 2025. All elected positions will accept nominations. The committee will present a slate to the board in March and the approved slate will be announced to the general membership at the March General Membership Meeting. The slate will be voted upon at the April General Membership Meeting. Installation of the 2025-2026 board will take place at the May General Membership Meeting. The General Membership Meetings are the monthly luncheons for the membership. Responsibilities for the new board will begin June 1.

As we move into the growing light of the new year, may your year ahead bring good health and happiness plus ample opportunities to enjoy your NFC membership.
