A reminder to Book Lovers registrants that due to the weather predictions, last week's session was pushed to Wednesday, Feb 26, from 9:30 - 11:30 am, at the home of Terri Hatcher. Please make sure you have registered on the NFC website so your host knows how many participants are coming.
In order to meet NFC's obligation to our Community Volunteer agency, we are in desperate need of 2 more members to volunteer to help staff the Run Jen Run event by passing out registration packets on Friday, March 7, from 2:30 - 4:30 pm. Please register on the NFC website as soon as possible. Questions? Lots of excitement is building for our March, April, and May luncheons. Be sure to read your newsletter and Monday Presidnt's Message for complete details. On March 27, try a new venue with us at Olde Mecklenburg Brewery in the Ballantyne Bowl with an exciting guest speaker and the announcement of the proposed slate of Elected Officers for the next membership year. Check out the newsletter for complete details. Save the date - April 30 for our 2025-2026 Elections and Fashion Show at Ballantyne Country Club. You won't want to miss the fun! Coming on May 22, Elected Officers will be installed at the membership luncheon.
The final "In the Know" session this membership year will feature Dr. Amy Fletcher, an Obstetrician/Gynecologist for nearly 20 years, who opened Thrive Personalized Healthcare & Wellness, a comprehensive medical facility that focuses on prevention and addresses root causes of disease. Thrive offers patients an alternative healthcare embracing Eastern and Western medical modalities. Members will be able to register on the NFC website this Wednesday for the offering to be held April 11, from 10 am - noon, at the SouthPark Regional Library. Questions?
