Good Morning,
  • May Luncheon - Ladies, if you think you have registered for the luncheon PLEASE check to be sure you received a confirmation.  Several people have registered but their reservation has automatically been cancelled because you haven't paid within the 30 minutes.  Always complete your registration with your payment.  You will then receive a confirmation you are registered.  We only have 65 seats at this luncheon so if you didn't complete your payment you will not be included in our numbers.  Reservation cutoff is this Thursday, May 21st at noon.  If you have questions or want to confirm you are registered please check the registrants under the event.  If you have questions, please contact Cinder Shay.  Don't forget your Sun Dress and Hat.
  • The June luncheon will not open for registration until June 1 for budgeting purposes.  You can checkout the details for the June luncheon at Roosters in Southpark but registration will not open until June 1.
  • Drama Queens event will not open for registration until June 1 for budgeting purposes. 
  • Expenses - Last call for expenses. If anyone has expenses from this year, please be sure they are turned into Jean Rottmann or myself before May 31st.  Any expenses incurred after May 31st will fall into the next years budget.
