Please see the following amendment in yellow to the NFC By-laws. This amendment will be voted on at the March luncheon Thursday, March 25. If you have any questions, please reach out to one of the board members.
ARTICLE XI: AMENDMENTS SECTION 1. The Constitution and Bylaws of this organization may be amended or revised at any Board meeting by two-thirds affirmative vote of the Board Members present and eligible to vote if the quorum is met. Notice of the proposed amendments(s)/revision(s), once ratified by the Board, shall be sent to the General Membership no less than one (1) week prior to voting at a General Membership Meeting. Should unforeseen event preclude an in-person General Membership vote, then all votes required by the General Membership will be done with a digital Electronic Vote. Reference Policy and Procedures for correct protocol if this measure needs to be acted upon.
