Good Monday Morning Ladies,
Thank you from Merry Lee Wheeler:
I wish to send out a heartfelt thank you to all who brightened my days after my recent surgery with visits, food, cards, texts, and calls. It sure makes one feel part of a community, which is “just what the dr. ordered”. It’s been slow going, but I’ve finally turned a corner and I look forward to seeing everyone soon!

Rummikub: Please use the following link to see the rules that will be used for NFC Rummikub. We know there are several version to play, but these are the rules the Interest Chairs have decided will be used. Please be respectful by using these rules.
Ways to help: Many of our events meet in our members homes. It seems there are many members who attend the same events but never host. I am sure there are personal reasons for this and we do understand. If this is you, I am asking that your reach out to those hosting and ask to help bring food and go to the event and help set up and then stay for clean up. This will help so much.
I have received notes this month from several of our Interest Chairs. Their concerns are people cancelling an event the day the event is held and also leaving events early. There are certain times for each event listed on the page when you sign up. If you are unable to stay for the entire event, please either do not sign up or call and speak to the Interest Chair so she will either suggest you not attend, or she can work it out so it will not effect others who are there to play games
We all understand that things come up quickly at times and it can not be avoided…In no way am I referring to this.
Nominations for the Board. Nominations close on the 25th. Please contact Andrea Woods if you are interested in knowing more about any elected position. All positions are open. President, VP of Membership, Treasurer, Secretary, Webmaster, VP of Luncheons, Newsletter Editor and our new position just passed with by-laws changes, Calendar Manager.
