Interest Chairs
Good Morning Ladies.
I can not believe I am writing this as my year as President is coming to an end in June. Time flies….
I need to know from each of you if you are planning on staying in your Interest Chair position. As you know, our club runs off the events we are able to offer our members. You are such an important part of making that happen. I appreciate each of you so much for your dedication to making this club work smoothly.
If you plan on staying please let me know. If you will be resigning, please update your job description. These can be found under our documents. If you will be leaving, could you ask someone who is a regular participant in your group to take on this responsibility? Then let me know if they will accept. If you are unable to find anyone, let me know that also. I will then put in my Monday Eblast for the clubs that need will a chair.
Again, thank you for all of your work. Please put on your calendar June 6. This is the last board meeting for me as President. We will welcome in the new board as well as all of you as Interest Chairs.
